Day 1 Beijing - Hulun Buir
Today, take a flight to Hulun Buir, which is the only key development zone for grassland tourism in China and owns one of the four largest grasslands in the world, Hulun Buir Grassland. Upon arrival, you can have a rest in the hotel or wander around to explore Hailar Central Bridge, the No. 1 city bridge in Inner Mongolia, Yimin River, which runs across Hulun Buir as well as Hulun Buir Old City, where you can learn about the traditional historical culture of the city and taste the authentic local special snacks. These 3 spots are closed to each other, so you can easily visited them by walk.
Day 2 Hulun Buir - Ergun - Genhe
In the morning, drive for around 2.5 hours to Ergun National Wetland Park, which 160 kilometers (100 miles) north of Hulun Buir. Ergun National Wetland Park is the largest and most intact wetland in China and is deeply favored by photography enthusiasts. On the top of the main peak, you can have a panoramic view of the wetlands and overlook Ergun City and Genhe River.
In the afternoon, drive northeast for around 100 kilometers (62 miles) to Genhe, which takes about 1.5 hours on the way. Upon arrival, visit Aoluguyashilu Tribe, a small town focused on hunting and herding reindeer in the deep of the Greater Khingan Forest. The reindeer here are docile and you can get up close with them, such as feeding, petting and taking pictures with them. Afterwards, check in a local hotel and have a good rest.

Day 3 Genhe - Manzhouli
Today, visit Genheyuan National Wetland Park, where you can also visit a reindeer park and the spectacular views of the Greater Khingan Forest inside. Afterwards, we will drive southwest for around 380 kilometers (236 miles) to Manzhouli, which takes about 5.5 hours. Upon arrival, check in a local hotel for 2 nights.
Day 4 Manzhouli
In the morning, visit Hulun Buir Grassland, which is 50 kilometers (31 miles) east of Manzhouli and takes around 50 minutes on the way. Here, you can not only appreciate the amazing views of grassland, but experience folk custom of the Mongol nationality, such as the blessed dismount wine, worship songs, Hada, Mongolian yurt, wrestling, archery and etc.
In the afternoon, tour Manzhouli Matryoshka Plaza, which is a large Russian characteristic park and China's only matryoshka themed plaza. The main building is a 30 meters (98 feet) high matryoshka, which is the largest one in the world. Inside, you can not only experience various recreation facilities, but also enjoy the Russian circus, dream ballet as well as the mysterious and fantastic water curtain performance. Afterwards, if time permits, drive for around 15 minutes to the Lover Island to appreciate different stone carvings.
In the afternoon, tour Manzhouli Matryoshka Plaza, which is a large Russian characteristic park and China's only matryoshka themed plaza. The main building is a 30 meters (98 feet) high matryoshka, which is the largest one in the world. Inside, you can not only experience various recreation facilities, but also enjoy the Russian circus, dream ballet as well as the mysterious and fantastic water curtain performance. Afterwards, if time permits, drive for around 15 minutes to the Lover Island to appreciate different stone carvings.

Day 5 Manzhouli - Arshaan
In the morning, drive for around 6 hours to Arshaan, which is 396 kilometers (246 miles) southeast of Manzhouli. Upon arrival, check in the hotel. After a short rest, visit the Wuli Spring, which is one of the rare precious mineral water in the world. The spring water is colorless and odorless, clear and refreshing and contains 13 essential trace elements. A small pool is kept at the spring mouth, and there are several water outlets, where you can also taste the holy spring water.
Day 6 Arshaan
Today, you will spend a whole day in Arshaan National Park, which owns many amazing and diverse natural landscapes, such as primitive forests, volcanic remains, high crater lakes, lava barrier lakes, hot springs, alpine wetlands and canyons. In the morning, after 1.5 hours driving arrival in the park, you will transfer to the shuttle bus to the first destination, Arshaan Heavenly Lake, which is 1332.3 meters (4371 feet) high above sea level. The Heavenly Lake, the third highest heavenly lake in China, is a high crater lake formed by hydrops after volcanic eruptions. Then continue to take the shuttle bus to the Three Ponds Gorge, which is around 2 kilometers (1.24 miles) long formed by Yingsong Pond, Yingbi Pond and Longfeng Pond.

Day 7 Arshaan - Hulun Buir - Beijing
In the morning, drive north for around 290 kilometers (180 miles) back Hulun Buir, which takes about 4.5 hours. Then take the flight back to Beijing. Your 7 days Inner Mongolia tour will end here.
