Harbin Train Schedule

There are four railway stations in the city:

Harbin Railway Station is one of the largest railway stations in China. It is the intersection of rail lines from/to Manzhouli and Changchun. Passengers can go from the station to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Changchun and other cities.

The West Railway Station is located on Lijiang Road of Haxi District. It mainly operates high speed trains which connects cities located in the northeast area, including Beijing, Dalian, Shenyang, and Jilin.

The East Railway Station is also named San Ke Shu Zhan (Three Trees Station). From the station one can reach to cities in the northeast of China, such as Chifeng, Dandong and Jiamusi. But currently, it is closed for renovation. It is scheduled to be reopened in early November, 2016 after the renovation.

The North Railway Station is located at the west side of Limin Avenue in Songbei Distric. The station has both normal and bullet trains to/from Qiqihar, Daqing, Shenyang, Tieling, Tianjin, Hunchun, Yanji, Qinhuangdao, Tumen, Jilin, Shuangcheng, Fuyu, Zhaodong, and Changchun etc.

Besides, there is Yabuli Railway Station in Shangzhi City which has trains from/to Harbin, Dalian, Beijing, Shenyang, Mudanjiang and Shijiazhuang etc.

How to get to snow town from Harbin?

I have been there last year. Generally, there are three ways to get there, the best way is to take the long distance bus at the Nangang passenger station in the South Square of the railway station. This kind of bus is a little bit slow at a duration of 5 hours, but it can take passengers to the snow town directly without connecting a ferry.
The second way is to take a bus arranged by a travel agency, they will tell me where to take the bus.
The third way is to carpooling with others, it is about CNY150 per person.

There are direct bus from Harbin to Snow Town and direct rail to Yabuli.

Round trip from Beijing to Harbin and back on train Z15 and Z18

Are these trains usually on time? According to the schedule online, it seems that the landing station and departure station in Harbin are different?

Normally they would not delay or at least or very short delay. The Z type is the fastest type among slow trains and without any stopover along the way. There is very little chance of delay. The stations are indeed different: Harbin Station for Z15 and West Station for Z18.

Harbin Walker Coffee Hotel to Beijing

How to transfer from the hotel to railway station? I want to use bus or subway if possible.

Harbin station is the nearest one, it is about 3km away only. You can consider bus No. 101 or 103. If you need to go to the West Station, you can consider to walk to Bowuguan subway station and take line 1 to Yidaeryuan first and then change to line 3 there to the West Station.

Central Street to Harbin West

Hi, I can see Harbin Station from my hotel window. It'll take about 5 mins to walk there. Can I get a train from there to West Station? Got a ticket for bullet ride to take me to Siping, Jilin Province.

Yes, usually there are around 14 rides a day from Harbin Station to the west station. But recently some of them are not for sale due to the adjustment. They may become again in later dates. Not clear about your travel date, but you can check online first.
