During today's Havana tours, we will enjoy a full day in Havana. In the morning, the guide will escort you to visit the Old Havana by foot. There are four famous squares here. First we will visit Plaza de Armas with the longest history in Havana, and nearby old buildings featuring strong colonial style, and Capitanes Generales Palace. Then walk to its second oldest square, Plaza de San Francisco, where you can admire San Francisco de Asis Convent, Lonja del Comercio, etc. When we come to Old Square (Plaza Vieja), you can visit beautiful architectures. The last one is Cathedral Square. You can see Havana Cathedral from outside. Finally we will walk for several minutes to Ernest Miller Hemingway's favorite restaurant, La Bodeguita del Medio to have a cup of mojito. When we pass by Obispo Boulevard, you can see Grand Theater of Havana & the Capitol of Havana.

In the afternoon, we will enjoy a car tour in an old American vintage car to travel around Modern Havana. We will arrive at Malecon first, where you can see Morro Castle. Then go to University of Havana and Colombus Cemetery to take pictures from outside. Finally we will go to visit Revolution Square. After today's guided Havana tours, the driver and the guide will send you back to the hotel for rest.

After breakfast, we will head to Finca Vigia by car, the residence of Ernest Hemingway while he was in Havana. Then go to Cojimar fishermen town, where Hemingway used to visit frequently when he wrote Old Man and the Sea. Here at Las Terrazas de Cojimar, a restaurant where he often chatted with local fishermen, you can see many photos of the time.

Then we will drive to Fusterlandia in Jaimanitas, where is a Mosaic paradise made of tiles by artist Jose Fuster.

Finally, it will take us about 2.5 hours (172 km) by car to go to Vinales Valley. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. If you still feel energetic, you can move freely during the rest of the day.

In the early morning, the guide will accompany you to walk around the Vinales Valley countryside to appreciate the Cuban rural life to start today's Cuba escorted tours. Then return to the hotel for breakfast. After a short break, we will come to a tobacco farm, to visit its tobacco plantation and learn about the drying process of tobacco leaves. Later, we will visit the ecological farm of Finca Agro-Ecological El Paraiso to learn about how organic crops are grown and enjoy a typical Cuban lunch.

In the afternoon, we will visit the stalactites in Indian Caves by boat. Then we will come to Mural de la Prehistoria to watch the massive fresco painted on the cliff. After the visit, return to hotel.

After breakfast, we will drive to Soroa, which is also called Rainbow of Cuba because there are often rainbows looming on the side of mountains here. Upon arrival, we will visit the Soroa Orchid Botanical Garden, a famous botanical garden in Cuba, which is home to various orchids from around the world. Then we will hike to Castillo de Las Nubes hotel, which is located at the top of the mountain, hence a perfect spot for a spectacular view of the mountains at a distance. After, we will take a car to the Las Terrazas Community, which was declared Cuba's first biosphere reserve project by UNESCO in 1985. This protected area is located in the Sierra del Rosario Mountains, with beautiful community and surrounding environment. We will first go to its Interpretation Center to listen to the introduction of the whole project, then visit the La Moka hotel, the abandoned French Coffee Plantation, the San Juan Lake, and taste Cuban coffee at Casa de Maria La Guajira. Finally go back to Havana by car.
