I just got back from my Thailand trip, and I loved it. This was my first time using this travel agency, so I was skeptical as I had planned this trip a year in advance. Wendy was excellent in answering all my questions and arranging my changes. Of course, I had many changes, but Wendy kept up with me and made excellent recommendations. The only improvement I would like is the payment process. Since it was my first time, I was hesitant to wire funds. Wendy was great, and I could pay with my credit card, which added a small fee to the total. I'm so happy with them that I'm planning my second trip.

Seoul tour was excellent! Esther our tour guide and Mr. Kim our bus driver were very nice and friendly. Not only did I experience Seoul as a beautiful modern and very clean city but I was immersed into its history, lifestyle, food etc. which helped me better understand Korean culture. The visit to the DMZ and learning about the Korean War was very sobering indeed. Visiting all the historical places especially during the Joseon dynasty was a testament to South Korea’s traditions and resiliency as a nation. The food was excellent- couldn’t get enough of it. Esther was very professional and well-versed on topics that we asked about. The last day we all played a game in the bus with each one describing the highlight of their Seoul tour and/or singing a song afterwards. It was both fun and hilarious! Thank you for organizing and coordinating these tours, Emily.

An unbelievable experience, this tour was well planned. The gers were very clean and the meals very nourishing!

I consulted Travel China Guide for my 2nd Asian tour (my 1st in 2018 was impressive), I gave them my requirements for an adventurous trip. Emily Xin became my extraordinaire consultant, she answered all my questions and concerns, in a prompt manner considering the distance between USA and China. Her patience never wore out, she fine tuned our 14 Days Mongolia tour. Little did I know I would have 32 families and friends that were as interested of my choices and what Emily offered. We all signed up with unknown expectations except what little we read on social media. We were anxious about food, desert comfort compromises but we ended up winners as the tour offered the best service as best they can in an environment where resources are not as readily available compared to urban settings. Food was catered to local and European taste and surprisingly delicious.
We were in a 9 caravan Lexus 4x4 vans that withstand the rigors of off-roading, our drivers were excellent in maneuvering the elements of the Gobi desert, we were in safety hands and enjoyed every bumps and grinds of the non-road roads.
I highly recommend this adventurous tour that included Naadaam festivals, mountains, steppes, rivers, meadows, sand dunes, waterfalls, flower blooms, hiking, hot springs, camel riding, horseback riding, wild horses, herds of cows, sheep, goats, camels, grazing and coexisting in the vast lands of Mongolia.

Emily from Travel Guide arranged a tour for us in Seoul and then Mongolia. Everything was wonderful. We were amazed how everything was seamlessly planned and executed. Esther did a great job as tour guide in Seoul. We loved “Bogi” as our tour guide in Mongolia. She was so caring and knowledgeable. Our tour driver, Ganna, kept us comfortable and anticipated our needs. It felt like they treated us as family. Mongolia was the most beautiful country that I have seen. Thank you Emily and Rose for planning a fantastic trip. I wouldn’t change a thing.
