Day 3 Ho Chi Minh City
We will start the day by attending a cooking class. In the morning, you will first be accompanied to the organic farm to buy the fresh vegetables and ingredients and then be taken to the kitchen to learn how to cook Vietnamese dishes with a master chef (duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes). It is absolutely a hands on and fun-filled experience.
After class, you will be escorted to visit the astonishing Cu Chi Tunnels, a maze of underground air raids tunnels dug during the Vietnam War. You can crawl through parts of the tunnels to reenact surviving the warring days.
Kind notice of Cu Chi Tunnels:
Inside the Cu Chi Tunnels, you may need to squat or even crawl through a little of the section. Therefore long pants and sports shoes are recommended to wear. Moreover, mosquito repellent is also needed.

Day 4 Ho Chi Minh City - Ben Tre - Can Tho
An exciting day awaits you! After breakfast, we will head to Ben Tre, which is two hours' drive from Ho Chi Minh City, and start our Mekong River Delta exploration. We will board a cruise and sail along the Ham Luong River to appreciate the stunning natural sceneries. On the way, we will go ashore to visit the local families making traditional coconut candy, rice paper rolls, swelled candy rice, dry longan and various rice wines. We will also stop at a village and pay a visit to farmer's home to peek at what life is like for people living in the Mekong Delta. Furthermore, we will enjoy the idyllic scenery by "Xe Loi" (also called rickshaw) or bicycle.
At noon, we will stop at a riverside restaurant for a delicious and filling lunch. Then board a sampan for a relaxing trip along narrow canals. The boat will wait for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre and then we will drive you to Can Tho, which is the largest city in Mekong.
