Day 1 Arrival in Auckland
Welcome to the City of Sails - Auckland! Upon arrival, our driver guide will pick you up at the exit of the airport and transfer you to your hotel. The afternoon is free for you. In the evening, you will meet the tour director and other group members at the welcome reception and then enjoy the dinner together.

Day 2 Auckland
Our New Zealand north island tour packages will begin with Auckland city tour. From the city center, we will follow the coastal road to Mission Bay, which has some of the best beaches in New Zealand. We will also stop at Bastion Point and the Michael Joseph Savage Memorial where you can overlook downtown Auckland and Waitemata. You are free to move around in the afternoon in this fascinating city.

Day 3 Auckland - Tauranga
Today we will depart from Auckland to Tauranga. At noon, stop to enjoy the Be My Guest Lunch at the Red Barn of beautiful Waikato Farm on the way. After lunch we will continue driving to Tauranga, which is the commercial center of the Bay of Plenty. Upon arrival we will go to the hotel and check in first. Then you can spend the rest time of the day on your own. You may visit the city's historical and cultural sites, or walk along the long waterfront for spectacular views of the islands and harbor. Dinner will be served at your hotel.

Day 4 Tauranga - Rotorua
After breakfast we will head southeast for about 30 km to visit Te Puke, which is known as the kiwi capital of New Zealand because of its high quality kiwi fruit cultivation. Then we will leave for Rotorua and check into the hotel. After that, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Rotorua. In the afternoon we will go to the Whakawerawera Thermal Reserve to see the magnificent natural wonders. In addition, we will visit the Te Puia Cultural Centre to learn more about Maori culture and history. Tonight we will enjoy the traditional Maori Hangi meal and watch the cultural performance at Tamaki Maori Village.

Day 5 Rotorua
Today you will have a free day to explore Rotorua. In addition to rich geothermal resources and Maori culture, there are also many famous scenic spots worth visiting, such as Hobbiton Movie Set and Waitomo Glowworm Caves. If you have any questions, please feel free to consult your tour director. He can also help you make the reservation in advance for the trips you are interested in.

Day 6 Rotorua - Wellington
Today we will leave Rotorua. Drive south for about an hour, through the dense forest, we will see the magnificent turquoise Huka Falls. Then we will continue the journey and drive through the Central Plateau, the main volcanic region, to the capital city Wellington and check into the hotel.

Day 7 Departure from Wellington
Today will be the last day of the New Zealand north island packages. In the morning we will visit the Parliament Buildings and the Beehive, one of Wellington's most famous landmarks because of its unique appearance. Next, we will visit the Museum of New Zealand located in Te Papa. The Museum is themed on the traditional culture of New Zealand. After the visit, we will transfer you to the airport by a private car. May you a pleasant journey!
