Day 1 Arrival in Hobart
When you arrive at Hobart Airport, a mini airport on Tasmania Island, our driver-guide will pick you up on time. After checking in the hotel, we'll start today's walking tour. The first stop will be Constitution Dock, where you can see a variety of ships, yachts, and fishing boats. Next we will visit Salamanca Market, where vendors mainly sell Tasmanian handicrafts and local specialties. At noon, enjoy authentic local food at Agrarian Kitchen Eatery. In the afternoon, we will go to Australia's Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) to appreciate the wonderful and amazing decorations and exhibitions. After the visit, we will take a ferry back to Hobart.

Day 2 Huon Valley
During today's Tasmania tours, we'll head south to explore the Huon Valley, an area known for its fresh farm products, wines, seafood and fine cuisine. We'll start today's tour with a visit to quaint Geeveston, also known as Tasmania's "Forest Town", which is famous for its woodcarving trails. Geeveston is also one of the most important fruit growing areas in the world, especially famous for its apples, berries and cherries. Later we will visit Willie Smith's Cider House for an interesting wine-making experience where you can sample some of Tasmania's best cider or a glass of cider brandy. In the afternoon we are going to have a walk in the Australia bush along the Huon River. This Tahune Airwalk is a walkway that rises 100 feet above the forest floor. While walking, you will have the opportunity to see Tasmania's unique tree species and enjoy the stunning scenery of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. Finally, we plan to go to Honey Pot, to taste the famous Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey and fresh honeycomb. You can also buy some skin care products, beeswax candles or other items related to honey for your friends and family. After, send you back to the hotel.

Day 3 Hobart - Triabunna
Today we will head north to Triabunna. On arrival we will take a ferry to Maria Island. There are abundant wildlife, wide unspoiled coves and beaches, rugged cliffs and some historical sites on the island. We will explore the historic buildings and ruins of Darlington, which was once a convict colony and a place where convicts were on probation. We will also stroll through the island's open woodland and, with luck, see the wombats, pademelons, Forester kangaroos, Bennetts wallabies and Tasmanian Devils. In the afternoon we will take the ferry back to Triabunna, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 4 Triabunna - Bay of Fires
Today we are going to visit Freycinet National Park. You can choose to hike there to see the stunning views of Wineglass Bay; then stroll along the boardwalk to Cape Tourville Lighthouse or head to the beautiful seaside village of Coles Bay. Lunch will be served at Craigie Knowe Vineyard. It is the oldest winery on the east coast of Tasmania and with the guidance of a local specialist, we will tour this place, learn about the viticulture process and taste some of the most delicious wines on the island. After that we will head to Bay of Fires on the northeast coast of Tasmania. When passing by Bicheno Blowhole on the way, you can admire the water spout on the beach, whose strength and frequency depend on the size and frequency of the waves. We will have dinner at a resort run by Anna and Tom's family and stay overnight in Bell tents.

Day 5 Bay of Fires - Launceston
Bay of Fires is famous for its clear blue waters, soft white sand beaches and natural orange-colored rocks. We will visit the Big Lagoon and Cosy Corner here today, then sample fresh oysters at Skeleton Bay and explore the gulches (pools) at Binalong. After that we will head to Pyengana Valley for lunch. In the afternoon we will drive to the small village - Legerwood to visit a memorial hall of carved trees. Each tree commemorates a soldier who died in the First World War. After the tour we will head towards Launceston, the "Northern Capital" of Tasmania and check in the hotel.

Day 6 Launceston
Today we will enjoy a full day food and wine tour in Launceston and feel the charm of Tasmania. You can sample delicious wines at Sharmans Wines in Relbia, taste some of the island's finest sauces and jams at Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company in Historic Evandale, and enjoy a nice cup of coffee at "Hazelbrae". Then we will head to 41 Degrees South Salmon Farm to taste Tasmania's best hot smoked Salmon. At noon, enjoy a two-course Regional Meal Lunch and Berries Galore at Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm and the critically acclaimed Cheese at Ashgrove Farm. Finally we will return to Launceston with a stop on the way to visit Bell and Gong Winery. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Laundeston's Peppers Silo in the evening.

Day 7 Departure from Launceston
