Day 1 Individual Arrival; Two-hour Train Ride to Interlaken
Upon arrival at Zurich Airport, you need to take a two-hour train to Interlaken on your own. Then check in the hotel we have booked for you in advance. In the rest of the day you can have a rest at the hotel or take a stroll around the famous Interlaken town. Interlaken means "between the lakes" in Latin because it stands between Lake Thun and Lake Brien and is an important pass to the Jungfraujoch.

Day 2 Excursion to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe
After breakfast, start today's Switzerland train tour to Jungfraujoch, Top of Europe. You are advised to take the cogwheel train to get there. Along the way, you will encounter many scenic spots, such as Alpine Sensation, Sphinx, Jungfrau Panorama, Lindt Swiss Chocolate Heaven, Ice Palace and Snow Fun. This fairy-tale world of glaciers, ice and snow mountains will be a highlight of your trip to Switzerland. After the visit, please take the train back to Interlaken.

Day 3 Experience the Golden Pass Line to Montreux; Visit the Chillon Castle
In the morning, you may take the Golden Pass Line train to Montreux. You need to transfer at Zweisimmen on the way and the whole journey will take about 3 hours. Montreux is located by Lake Geneva. Once you get there, you could visit the Chillon Castle after checking in the hotel.

Day 4 Train Trip to Zermatt; Excursion to the Gornergrat; Experience the Sporting Adventures
Today, continue the Switzerland train tour to Zermatt, which is in a famous car-free village at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn. It takes about 2.5 hours to get there by train. After a short break in your hotel room, you are advised to take the cogwheel train to the Gornergrat, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Matterhorn, the Mont Blanc and other snow-capped peaks. If you love outdoor sports, you can take adventure in the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, or take the Crystal Ride cabins from the Trockener Steg to the top of mountain, where you can overlook Europe's highest cableway. At the end of the tour, return to Zermatt by train.

Day 5 8-hour Trip on the Glacier Express Train to St. Moritz
Today, we suggest you to take the world's slowest express train, the Glacier Express, traversing 291 bridges and 91 tunnels to St. Moritz. The 8-hour journey will unveil a scenic picture including alpine meadows, mountain streams, valleys and other unspoiled masterpieces of nature outside the panoramic windows of the train. Check in the hotel upon arrival.
Note: There is no Glacier Express service from late October to early December.

Day 6 Alpine Journey on the Bernina Express Train to Lugano
Today you may take the Bernina Express train to enjoy an Alpine journey. The Bernina Express, a spectacular railway line stretching across the Alps, connects northern and southern Europe. Along the way, you will see glaciers, snow peaks, and lush palm trees. At Tirano, you can choose to get off the train for a rest and lunch. Then continue your journey along the Bernina Express by bus. Today's trip will take about 7 hours. Upon arrival at the destination Lugano, check in the hotel and have a good rest.

Day 7 Train Ride to Lucerne; Experience the Gotthard Base Tunnel
It is advised to take a 2-hour train to Lucerne today. You will travel through the 57-km-long Gotthard Base Tunnel, the world's longest train tunnel located in the central European Alps. It takes just 17 minutes to pass through it. Upon arrival in Lucerne and after checking in the hotel, we recommend that you visit Mt. Pilatus, Mt. Rigi or Mt. Titlis on your own. If it's summer, take a boat cruise on Lake Lucerne in the evening will be great.
