    I entered Mainland China through Hong Kong for my business. Travel China Guide helped us book four segments of high speed trains, the first class seats were good but the second class seats were much more cost effective, and I enjoyed both.

    Thanks for helping me cancel all my tickets, it is a pity we cannot make this trip happen. The cancellation fee is charged properly, not much, we are very appreciate this.

    Due to the situation of the Coronavirus which makes us harder to travel in or out from our home country. We have the conclusion and have to decide to cancel the trip. Your company replied me quickly and made a refund to me. We hope if the situation is getting better sooner. We can use your service with the new booking again.     Our train trips in Chengdu and Xian are smooth and pleasant. Bullet trains are clean, tidy and punctual. We all like to take trains in China. Also, we appreciate all your help and efforts. We will contact you next time.

    This service was absolutely brilliant and I really don't know what we should do without Ivy. She was so considerate and helpful when she heard our ticket loss. She worked out a very clear instruction and every step that we should do, we reported our ticket loss at the train station, and we got new replacements and got our refund at the arrival station.

    My sister and I would not like to take the overnight train for we are afraid that it was not safe at night on the train. Then, the agent recommend us to book the Luxury Soft Sleeper tickets and promised to get private room for us. In this case, we two could share one room and close our door. That’s wonderful! Thank you for your professional ideas.

    Travelchinaguide helped me to book Shanghai – Xian train tickets, and delivered my tickets to my Shanghai hotel as promised. The train station was really crowded and large, so it was advisable to book it in advance. Very good service!

    Thank you for excellent service! Tickets safely collected. Train left and arrived on time. Poeple on the bullet trains are nice and friendly, they share their snackes with me. I really enjoyed this trip.

    We paid for the 1st class seats for our trip from Beijing to Shanghai. The 5-hour trip was really unforgettable. I would recommend to pay more to travel with 1st class, and the seating was comfortable and spacious. The Chinese style lunch box was also good. I will still take 1st or business class for my next train trip.
